Freight Girlz is an asset-based dispatch operation supporting both outside carriers and our own fleet. Our dispatchers work with real trucks, real freight, and real operational accountability — not scripts or theory.

We are expanding and seeking experienced OTR spot market dispatch professionals who understand high-level broker negotiation, rate strategy, and revenue-focused freight management.

This is NOT an entry-level opportunity.
This is NOT a training role.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This position requires extensive, verifiable experience performing as an OTR spot market dispatcher.

You must have prior hands-on experience:

• Actively negotiating spot market freight with brokers
• Working daily on load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar
• Managing live OTR loads from booking through delivery
• Handling broker packets, rate confirmations, and freight documentation
• Understanding RPM, margins, and truck profitability
