Are you an ambitious retail professional ready to step into leadership and make your mark in fashion retail?Join our growing Retail network across Pakistan and support the store's overall performance, driving sales, developing your team, and delivering a brand experience that reflects the best of J.Key Responsibilities:✪ Support the Branch Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals ✪ Supervise and motivate the in-store team to deliver consistent customer service and brand standards✪ Assist in managing daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor management, and SOP compliance✪ Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage✪ Ensure visual merchandising standards and product displays are maintained at all times ✪ Step in to manage store operations independently in the Branch Manager's absence✪ Support staff training, performance monitoring, and on-floor coachingRequirements:✪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field✪ 2-4 years of experience in retail, preferably within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands✪ Demonstrated ability to support sales performance and lead a store team✪ Strong floor management, customer handling, and team coordination skills✪ Solid understanding of visual merchandising and inventory management✪ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment✪ Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic reporting toolsJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fashion Retail Apparel: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
