Key Responsibilities:

✪ Support the Branch Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals ✪ Supervise and motivate the in-store team to deliver consistent customer service and brand standards

✪ Assist in managing daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor management, and SOP compliance

✪ Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage

✪ Ensure visual merchandising standards and product displays are maintained at all times ✪ Step in to manage store operations independently in the Branch Manager's absence

✪ Support staff training, performance monitoring, and on-floor coaching

Requirements:

✪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field

✪ 2-4 years of experience in retail, preferably within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands

✪ Demonstrated ability to support sales performance and lead a store team

✪ Strong floor management, customer handling, and team coordination skills

✪ Solid understanding of visual merchandising and inventory management

✪ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

✪ Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fashion Retail Apparel: 4 years (Required)
