Position: Branch Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Clifton branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Prepare and review operational reports
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient service
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/food & beverage operations
• Prior experience as a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Shift Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
