Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager / Regional Manager

Working Hours: 9 Hours Per Day 6 Days Per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, and team management of the branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, and leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily branch operations.
  • Maintain company standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Team Management

  • Supervise and lead FOH and BOH teams.
  • Conduct staff briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling and manpower planning.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive branch sales and profitability.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and retention.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure proper stock management and inventory controls.
  • Control operational expenses and improve branch profitability.
  • Verify daily reports, stock counts, and reconciliations.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and improvement plans.
  • Ensure successful completion of audits and inspections.

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
