Working Hours: 9 Hours Per Day 6 Days Per Week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, and team management of the branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining service standards, controlling costs, and leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily branch operations.
- Maintain company standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Team Management
- Supervise and lead FOH and BOH teams.
- Conduct staff briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling and manpower planning.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive branch sales and profitability.
- Monitor daily sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory controls.
- Control operational expenses and improve branch profitability.
- Verify daily reports, stock counts, and reconciliations.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and improvement plans.
- Ensure successful completion of audits and inspections.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
