Here, your patient panels are one-half the size of standard practices, and you're supported by a full care team (experienced nurses, MAs and dedicated staff) who manage coordination.We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and deliver high-impact preventive care exclusively to adults.Rediscover the rewards of medicine:● Focus on Leadership: Supervise and mentor APPs, ensuring exceptional team-based care and guiding complex care decisions.● Preventive &amp; Proactive Care: Personally conduct thoughtful preventive services like Annual Wellness Visits and oversee chronic condition management.● Unrushed Model: Our model emphasizes unrushed visits, 24/7 access, and proactive coordination through the dedicated Juniper Care Circle&trade;.● Reduced Administrative Burden: Leverage AI tools and full team support to minimize charting and administrative time&mdash;without the direct burden of large panel sizes.Key Responsibilities:● Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a collaborative team environment.● Focus on comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits and chronic condition oversight.● Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, arthritis) through guidance and collaboration.● Utilize technology and team support to maximize clinical impact.Compensation &amp; Benefits:● Highly Competitive Pay: $300,000-$500,000 with an additional production bonus● Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule (3&ndash;5 days per week) and 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).● Comprehensive benefits package.● Opportunity to shape the future of senior-focused care.About Redding, CA:Enjoy Northern California's hidden gem: abundant sunshine, a lower cost of living, short commutes, and endless outdoor recreation.
