In this role, you will prepare nutritious meals, assist with daily activities, and create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes early childhood growth. Your energy and compassion will help foster a positive atmosphere that encourages learning, creativity, and socialization for children of various ages.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards.</li><li>Assist with supervising children during meal times, ensuring proper behavior and fostering good manners.</li><li>Support classroom activities by engaging with children in play, learning exercises, and developmental tasks.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment.</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to promote a secure setting for children and staff.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to monitor children&rsquo;s needs, including diapering or toddler care as required.</li><li>Assist in managing classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and consistent routines.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques.</li><li>Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings.</li><li>Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Ability to perform first aid and CPR to respond effectively in emergencies.</li><li>Strong understanding of special education needs and working with individuals with disabilities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and children&rsquo;s guardians.</li><li>Compassionate caregiving skills with a focus on nurturing infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
