This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in skincare, hair removal, makeup application, and advanced esthetic procedures within a lively, customer-focused environment.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.</li><li>Provide expert advice on skincare products and recommend personalized treatment plans to enhance client results.</li><li>Manage retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to boost client satisfaction and business growth.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness protocols for all tools and treatment areas.</li><li>Utilize salon management software such square or similar platforms to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.</li><li>Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a loyal community online.</li><li>Assist at the front desk with guest services including check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty therapy role within a spa or salon environment.</li><li>Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state regulations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health standards in the beauty industry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.</li><li>Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes confidently.</li><li>Prior experience in Med Spa settings or hospitality environments is highly desirable for delivering a premium guest experience.
