Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and recommend personalized treatment plans to enhance client results.
• Manage retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to boost client satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Utilize salon management software such square or similar platforms to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a loyal community online.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services including check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines and cosmetic products.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty therapy role within a spa or salon environment.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health standards in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes confidently.
• Prior experience in Med Spa settings or hospitality environments is highly desirable for delivering a premium guest experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.67 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
