About the Role A marketing agency specialized in medical spas is hiring motivated and disciplined High-Ticket Sales Closers/Settersto join the team. This role is commission-based only, designed for individuals who are hungry for results and want to earn high commissions while working remotely.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to qualified medical spa leads provided by the agency</li><li>Use the CRM provided to track and manage all prospects</li><li>Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to secure appointments and close deals</li><li>Attend 2 days of training to learn the sales process and scripts, then start immediately</li><li>Represent the agency professionally and communicate clearly with potential clients</li></ul>What We Provide:<ul><li>Full access to the CRM system</li><li>Qualified medical spa lead lists (no need to generate your own)</li><li>2 days of training with scripts, objection handling, and processes</li><li>Very competitive high-ticket commissions with no cap</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous sales, closing, or appointment setting experience preferred (not mandatory if highly motivated)</li><li>Comfortable making 100+ calls daily and handling objections</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven</li><li>Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>100% commission-based (high-ticket commissions, uncapped earning potential)</li></ul>How to Apply: Send your resume and a short message explaining your sales experience and why you&rsquo;re a good fitJob Type: ContractBase Pay: Rs26,130.00 - Rs116,134.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
