Recruiting High-ticket Appointment Setter - Experience Require

About the Role
A marketing agency specialized in medical spas is hiring motivated and disciplined High-Ticket Sales Closers/Settersto join the team. This role is commission-based only, designed for individuals who are hungry for results and want to earn high commissions while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to qualified medical spa leads provided by the agency
• Use the CRM provided to track and manage all prospects
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to secure appointments and close deals
• Attend 2 days of training to learn the sales process and scripts, then start immediately
• Represent the agency professionally and communicate clearly with potential clients

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based (high-ticket commissions, uncapped earning potential)
