We are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5&ndash;8 years of proven expertise in vendor development, and cost optimization within the Mechanical Equipment&rsquo;s, Gen. Maintenance. The role demands strong negotiation skills, compliance. and the ability to build long-term supplier partnerships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.Key Responsibilities&middot; Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies.&middot; Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers/vendors specific.&middot; Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance.&middot; Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to optimize sourcing decisions.&middot; Prepare, review, and manage procurement-related SOPs and documentation.&middot; Collaborate with production, QA/QC and Maintenance teams.&middot; Maintain accurate procurement records in systems and ensure timely reporting.&middot; Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and compliance.Requirements&middot; Graduate / Post Graduate in Diploma ITI / B.
