Mechanical Engineer

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

· Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (preferred).

· 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design, maintenance, or production support.

· Knowledge of ISO/ASME standards and industrial safety practices.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on expertise in mechanical equipment troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen and process improvement techniques.

· Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and documentation.

· Good communication & coordination skills (with cross-functional teams).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Accurate and optimized designs meeting safety, quality, and cost requirements.

- Prepare and review engineering drawings & 3D models.

- Select materials and components.

- Ensure designs meet technical specifications & standards.

Minimum downtime and efficient production process.

- Provide technical support to production team.

- Resolve machine/equipment issues.

- Coordinate with supervisors for smooth operations.

Reduced breakdowns; improved machine reliability and lifespan.

- Conduct preventive maintenance.

- Maintain spare parts records.

- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement solutions.

High-quality output with minimum rejections and rework.
