We provide quality retail and industrial equipment repair, installation and maintenance to our customers.About the Role:As a Marketing Content &amp; Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and refining written content that supports JWR&rsquo;s brand, reputation, business goals and customer relationships. From social media, email campaigns, website, and internal communications, you will help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with our values.This is a great opportunity for a skilled creator who is detail-oriented and excited to contribute to a company that is growing at a fast pace.What You Will Do:&middot; Create, edit and proofread content for JWR&rsquo;s website, email campaigns and marketing materials.&middot; Update website with new information, inventory and content.&middot; Assist with internal communications, including monthly newsletters and company announcements.&middot; Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.&middot; Ensure all content reflects JWR&rsquo;s reputation and values.&middot; Collaborate with co-workers to bring content to life across multiple platforms.&middot; Optimize content for readability, engagement, and SEO where applicable&middot; Track content performance and contribute to reporting and insights.What We Are Looking For:&middot; 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, communications or a related field&middot; Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills&middot; Experience with writing, email marketing, and PR content&middot; Strong understanding of brand voice and messaging&middot; Experience with HTML platform&middot; Experience with CMS platformNice to Have:&middot; Familiarity with equipment repair or the waste and recycling industry&middot; Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., iContact)&middot; Background that includes creative writingBenefits include:&middot; Health and dental coverage &ndash; eligible after 60 days, JWR pays portion&middot; 401k with company match &ndash; eligible after one year of service&middot; Employer paid short-term and long-term disability&middot; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Account&middot; Paid vacation&middot; Paid personal days&middot; Paid holidaysPay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
