About the Role:

As a Marketing Content & Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and refining written content that supports JWR’s brand, reputation, business goals and customer relationships. From social media, email campaigns, website, and internal communications, you will help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with our values.

What You Will Do:

· Create, edit and proofread content for JWR’s website, email campaigns and marketing materials.

· Update website with new information, inventory and content.

· Assist with internal communications, including monthly newsletters and company announcements.

· Maintain and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.

· Ensure all content reflects JWR’s reputation and values.

· Collaborate with co-workers to bring content to life across multiple platforms.

· Optimize content for readability, engagement, and SEO where applicable

· Track content performance and contribute to reporting and insights.

What We Are Looking For:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, communications or a related field

· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

· Experience with writing, email marketing, and PR content

· Strong understanding of brand voice and messaging

· Experience with HTML platform

· Experience with CMS platform

Nice to Have:

· Familiarity with equipment repair or the waste and recycling industry

· Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., iContact)

· Background that includes creative writing

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
