Position SummaryThe Project Manager, SaaS Client Services (PM) supports effective, efficient delivery of client services through project management of the continuum, from contracting to completion. The PM manages Scaffold DataX scheduling, resource deployment, and progress monitoring, collaborating with implementation and technology teams. The PM also identifies and implements process improvements, monitors capacity constraints, facilitates stakeholder meetings, and develops production databases and metrics.
