Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Social Media and Communications Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role supports both the daily operations of our facility and the outward-facing brand presence through social media and digital communication. You&rsquo;ll be a key player in delivering exceptional service, supporting our leadership, and helping us connect meaningfully with our community.DutiesAdministrative Support:<ul><li>Respond promptly to phone calls, texts, and emails via our Gingr CRM system</li><li>Route training and boarding inquiries to the appropriate team leads</li><li>Schedule and book consultations for trainers</li><li>Check clients in and out of the kennel with professionalism and care</li><li>Report directly to and support the owner with day-to-day operations</li><li>Plan and coordinate events and promotions with staff</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Communications:<ul><li>Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>Create, schedule, and post high-quality, engaging content</li><li>Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews</li><li>Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice</li><li>Collaborate with the team on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and educational content</li><li>Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in administrative roles and/or social media management preferred</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and communication skills</li><li>Experience with CRM software (Gingr is a plus)</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Professional, friendly, and customer-service focused</li><li>Familiarity with design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite)</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Minneapolis, MN 55413 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Minneapolis, MN 55413: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
