You will work closely with the Founder to help manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things organized and on track.What You&rsquo;ll DoAdministrative Support<ul><li>Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination</li><li>Organize emails and assist with follow-ups</li><li>Prepare and format documents, reports, and client communications</li></ul>Operations Support<ul><li>Track tasks, deadlines, and client deliverables</li><li>Assist with organizing workflows and keeping projects on track</li><li>Support internal team coordination</li></ul>Client Support<ul><li>Assist with onboarding new clients (collecting documents, setting up folders)</li><li>Follow up on missing information and documents</li><li>Maintain professional and timely communication</li></ul>Bookkeeping &amp; Data Entry Support<ul><li>Assist with data entry and organization in QuickBooks Online</li><li>Upload and organize financial documents</li><li>Help track invoices and payments</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1+ year of administrative or office support experience</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)</li><li>Comfortable with technology and learning new systems</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and able to follow instructions</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with QuickBooks Online</li><li>Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support</li><li>Familiarity with Google Drive, Excel, or task management tools</li></ul>Key Traits for Success<ul><li>You are organized and dependable</li><li>You follow through and complete tasks on time</li><li>You communicate clearly and professionally</li><li>You are comfortable asking questions when needed</li><li>You enjoy supporting a growing business</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>$20&ndash;$25/hour (based on experience)</li><li>Part-time (flexible hours, ~15&ndash;25 hours/week)</li><li>Hybrid (San Diego)</li></ul>Growth OpportunityThis role has the potential to grow as the company expands, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities over time.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a short message telling us why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for this role.Pay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92107
