Qualification : Any UG or PG Degree Job Description <ul><li>Warmly greet and receive patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.</li><li>Efficiently handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes using hospital management software (HMS).</li><li>Provide accurate and timely information about hospital services, departments, and facilities to patients and visitors.</li><li>Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff including doctors, nurses, and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.</li><li>Manage incoming calls and inquiries, and guide patients to appropriate departments or service areas as needed.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date front office documentation, including appointment logs, patient records, and daily reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and established patient safety protocols.</li><li>Uphold confidentiality and security of patient records and all sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Assist in the management of waiting areas, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and a positive patient experience.</li><li>Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, including safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines.</li><li>Play a key role in delivering a patient- centric and efficient front office service, contributing to an overall positive hospital experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Receptionist: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
