Job Description

· Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff

· Design and update educational materials to align with current healthcare standards, evidence-based practices, and technological advancements.

· Demonstrating expertise in areas like patient care, safety protocols, and evidence-based practices.

· Provide mentorship to nursing staff and students, supporting their growth and development.

· Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

· Regularly assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

· Maintain accurate records of educational activities, student progress, and staff performance.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
