Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse Attendant &ndash; $19&ndash;21/hr DOE | Part-Time | Park City, UTLooking for a job where you can greet people with a smile, keep things running smoothly, and maybe even sneak in a workout? We&rsquo;re hiring a Clubhouse Attendant for Bear Hollow Village&mdash;a key role where you&rsquo;ll help maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for residents and guests while representing the K&amp;K brand with pride.This is a seasonal position with a consistent schedule and a huge opportunity for the right person to grow within our fast-paced, fun, and hardworking team.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Greet and assist guests and residents at the clubhouse</li><li>Monitor keycard entry system and enforce clubhouse rules (politely but firmly)</li><li>Maintain a visible presence and build friendly rapport with owners and guests</li><li>Complete daily cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, trash, fitness room, floors, etc.</li><li>Close and secure the building at the end of your shift</li><li>Monitor and maintain pool (summer) and hot tub (year-round), including furniture, covers, and cleanliness</li><li>Keep the fireplace and business center tidy and stocked</li><li>Track and report supply inventory</li><li>Take out and return trash bins weekly</li><li>Follow all procedures consistently and maintain high standards of professionalism</li></ul>Note: You&rsquo;re welcome to use the fitness room for up to 30 minutes per shift when the clubhouse is not busy.Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Part-time, seasonal</li><li>Shifts are 2 PM &ndash; 10 PM</li><li>Holidays required; may require weekends</li><li>$19&ndash;21/hr DOE</li><li>Pro-rated PTO</li><li>Dental, vision, and health insurance options available for employees working 30+ hours per week</li><li>Flexible and supportive work environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills</li><li>Dependable and professional&mdash;on time and ready to work</li><li>Able to confidently enforce rules while remaining approachable</li><li>Comfortable working independently</li><li>Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space</li></ul>How to ApplyEmail your resume and references to jen@knkpm.comOr apply online at: https://www.knkpm.com/work-with-usWe&rsquo;re hiring ASAP&mdash;don&rsquo;t wait!Why K&amp;K?K&amp;K Property Management is the fastest-growing community association management company in the Park City area.
