Clubhouse Attendant

Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse Attendant – $19–21/hr DOE | Part-Time | Park City, UT

Looking for a job where you can greet people with a smile, keep things running smoothly, and maybe even sneak in a workout? We’re hiring a Clubhouse Attendant for Bear Hollow Village—a key role where you’ll help maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for residents and guests while representing the K&K brand with pride.

This is a seasonal position with a consistent schedule and a huge opportunity for the right person to grow within our fast-paced, fun, and hardworking team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and assist guests and residents at the clubhouse
• Monitor keycard entry system and enforce clubhouse rules (politely but firmly)
• Maintain a visible presence and build friendly rapport with owners and guests
• Complete daily cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, trash, fitness room, floors, etc.
• Close and secure the building at the end of your shift
• Monitor and maintain pool (summer) and hot tub (year-round), including furniture, covers, and cleanliness
• Keep the fireplace and business center tidy and stocked
• Track and report supply inventory
• Take out and return trash bins weekly
• Follow all procedures consistently and maintain high standards of professionalism

Note: You’re welcome to use the fitness room for up to 30 minutes per shift when the clubhouse is not busy.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, seasonal
• Shifts are 2 PM – 10 PM
• Holidays required; may require weekends
• $19–21/hr DOE
• Pro-rated PTO
• Dental, vision, and health insurance options available for employees working 30+ hours per week
