Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support dabtenders, servers, and barbacks. Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
• Assist in inventory, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash handling procedures. Monitor sales and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions for staff to enhance their knowledge and performance.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulations and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or cannabis industry.
• Strong understanding of cannabis products and consumption methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of applicable cannabis laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Nevada Food Handlers Card Required.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, kneel, and walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bend, twist, and perform light physical labor.

Work Environment:

• Frequent interaction with customers and team members.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to varying temperatures, elevated noise, and scents.
• No travel required.
