Summary process:&middot; Panel of Doctors should be mentioned at the date of discharge in the front page&middot; Check the diagnosis&middot; History of the patient&middot; Check the previous investigations done to the patient.&middot; Operations notes for surgery patients&middot; Course of medication&middot; Discharge advice&middot; Symptoms of all cardiac procedure are mentioned in the discharge summary.&middot; In case of emergency, contact numbers to be included&middot; According to the diagnosis diet should be mentioned in the summary&middot; Duty doctor correction will be made before getting final summary.&middot; Final summary report to be typed and get signed from the Doctors.&middot; To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior&middot; Discharge summary should be prepared within 2 hoursPending summary should be prepared and submitted to wards within 24 hoursJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
