Medical Records & Summary Executive

Summary process:

· Panel of Doctors should be mentioned at the date of discharge in the front page

· Check the diagnosis

· History of the patient

· Check the previous investigations done to the patient.

· Operations notes for surgery patients

· Course of medication

· Discharge advice

· Symptoms of all cardiac procedure are mentioned in the discharge summary.

· In case of emergency, contact numbers to be included

· According to the diagnosis diet should be mentioned in the summary

· Duty doctor correction will be made before getting final summary.

· Final summary report to be typed and get signed from the Doctors.

· To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior

· Discharge summary should be prepared within 2 hours

Pending summary should be prepared and submitted to wards within 24 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
