Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to perform weekly and seasonal maintenance services at residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver clean, consistent results. 2 years experience preferred.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine landscape maintenance services including:</li><li>Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off all turf, beds, and hard surfaces</li><li>Pruning and trimming shrubs and small ornamental trees (as directed)</li><li>Bed maintenance including weeding, cultivating, and debris removal</li><li>Mulch installation and bed edging (seasonal)</li><li>Spring and fall cleanups including leaf removal and hauling</li><li>Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment including:</li><li>Zero-turn or walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers</li><li>Hand tools (rakes, shovels, pruners, etc.)</li><li>Load and unload trucks and trailers; secure equipment properly</li><li>Keep trucks, trailers, and job sites clean and organized</li><li>Follow daily route schedules and work efficiently with the crew leader</li><li>Communicate property issues to the crew leader (damage, hazards, client concerns)</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company work standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior landscape maintenance experience preferred (will train the right person)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and varying site conditions</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions</li><li>Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus</li><li>Driver&rsquo;s license preferred (valid license required if driving company vehicles)</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Typical schedule: Monday through Friday (some Saturdays during peak season as needed)</li><li>Start time varies by season and route</li></ul>Job Type: SeasonalPay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
