Overview: Seeking a highly organized, discreet, dependable Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy physician/business owner with personal, household, administrative, scheduling, vendor, pet care, travel, and client/VIP coordination.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Manage Google Calendar and prevent missed appointments or scheduling conflicts</li><li>Coordinate personal, family, medical, lifestyle, and select business appointments</li><li>Communicate with staff, vendors, clients, friends, and family as needed</li><li>Schedule household maintenance, obtain quotes, coordinate vendors, and follow up on completion</li><li>Handle errands, shopping, returns, specialty purchases, and time-sensitive requests</li><li>Coordinate pet care, veterinary appointments, medication refills, and transportation</li><li>Organize VIP/client gifts, birthdays, flowers, cakes, and personalized gestures</li><li>Help prepare financial transaction summaries and documentation for accountant review</li><li>Assist with vendor inquiries, product demos, inventory lists, and business support</li><li>Arrange travel, transportation, accommodations, and itineraries</li><li>Maintain contact lists, addresses, reminders, documents, and internal tracking systems</li></ul>Ideal candidate:<ul><li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Trustworthy, discreet, and professional</li><li>Comfortable with both personal and business tasks</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Able to prioritize urgent requests calmly</li><li>Comfortable using Google Calendar, Gmail, spreadsheets, notes, and task lists</li><li>Has reliable transportation</li><li>Comfortable with pets</li><li>Prior personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, or operations experience preferred</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
