We are looking for a skilled and motivated Designer &amp; E-Commerce Assistant to join our remote team. This is a part-time position (4 hours per day, flexible timing) suitable for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable handling both design and administrative tasks.Start Date: 1st November Work Hours: 4 hours per day (flexible) Applicants: Female candidates onlyKey ResponsibilitiesDesign Tasks:<ul><li>Create professional and visually appealing look books, press kits, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.</li><li>Ensure all creative work maintains a consistent brand style and quality.</li></ul>Shopify Management:<ul><li>Upload new product images, write accurate product descriptions, set pricing, and maintain product listings.</li><li>Update and manage the Shopify blog; basic SEO knowledge will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Customer Service and Administrative Support:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Perform general administrative tasks, organize files, and assist in day-to-day operations.</li></ul>Marketing and Technical Assistance:<ul><li>Support social media management including posting and engagement.</li><li>Assist in email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.</li><li>Prepare and maintain Excel reports and other data sheets.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing or running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) will be an advantage but is not mandatory.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign</li><li>Proficient in Shopify</li><li>Strong written communication and customer service skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Type: Part-time, remote</li><li>Work Hours: 4 hours per day (flexible)</li><li>Start Date: 1st November</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume along with samples of design work or a portfolio before 1st November.
