Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Designer & E-Commerce Assistant to join our remote team. This is a part-time position (4 hours per day, flexible timing) suitable for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable handling both design and administrative tasks.

Start Date: 1st November
Work Hours: 4 hours per day (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

Design Tasks:

• Create professional and visually appealing look books, press kits, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Ensure all creative work maintains a consistent brand style and quality.

Shopify Management:

• Upload new product images, write accurate product descriptions, set pricing, and maintain product listings.
• Update and manage the Shopify blog; basic SEO knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Customer Service and Administrative Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform general administrative tasks, organize files, and assist in day-to-day operations.

Marketing and Technical Assistance:

• Support social media management including posting and engagement.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports and other data sheets.
• Experience in digital marketing or running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Proficient in Shopify
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
