Job Description:

Uma Ornaments is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and prompt issue resolution. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person, offering prompt and helpful assistance.
• Order Management: Assist with entering and tracking customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Product Information: Provide up-to-date details on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams including production and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Customer Feedback: Collect, document, and share customer feedback to help improve service and product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably within the jewellery industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer management systems.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a jewellery firm or a similar industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
