Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve product or service issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
