Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative for international campaign”. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service grades, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
  • Communicate with international clients via emails/chats and calls
  • Resolve queries and answer customers’ questions and guide them about orders, return process , shipments to your best ability
  • Keep yourself updates with product knowledge
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  • Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
  • Can Manage night or overnight shift
  • Strong E-commerce support customer background.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years
  • Intermediate / Graduate / O/A Levels.

Skills:

  • Strong command of verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Must be Fluent in English
  • Email writing skills.
  • Experienced in Customer Service is a must

Timing : overnight or night shift
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal
Salary: 40k - 55k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
