Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers by providing timely, empathetic, and effective support across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions.
  • Deliver accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Effectively acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Record and manage customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide actionable feedback on the customer service process for improvement.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
