Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (DHA Phase 7, Karachi) internship position for a friendly, attentive, and reliable Female Customer Representative Intern to be the first point of contact for Bluebird Arts customers. In this role, you will handle customer interactions on Instagram (DMs and comments) and phone calls, ensuring that every customer receives timely, helpful, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to Instagram messages and comments with accurate information
  • Answer and manage customer queries over the phone with professionalism
  • Learn the specifications, uses, and benefits of each product offered
  • Develop and maintain a set of standard response guidelines to efficiently handle frequently asked questions
  • Assist customers with order details, availability, and delivery inquiries
  • Record customer feedback and coordinate with the team to improve service
  • Uphold the brand’s image through courteous, solution-oriented communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Familiarity with Instagram/social media communication
  • Should own a smartphone
  • Ability to work on-site in DHA Phase 7, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
