Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Coordination Officer to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information about our engineering services, solutions, and products.
- Register customer complaints and coordinate with technical/service teams for timely resolution.
Sales & Service Coordination
- Support the sales team by forwarding qualified leads and assisting with proposals/quotations.
- Follow up with clients on ongoing projects, service schedules, and order deliveries.
- Document customer feedback and share with relevant departments for improvement.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in client onboarding, explain procedures, policies, and services.
- Track recurring customers and maintain a database of client interactions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer service activities for management.
- Update all customer data in CRM/software systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering).
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (engineering, industrial solutions, or technical services preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of engineering/technical products and services (training provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
