Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Hotel Industry) to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases, records, and sales reports.
  • Follow up on leads, reservations, and payments.
  • Support in planning and executing hotel promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, client visits, and familiarization tours.
  • Monitor and track sales performance against targets.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or in a similar role (preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry).
  • Strong knowledge of hotel services, event bookings, and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management systems (Opera/IDS or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Rs40,000

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of sales coordination or hospitality experience (Required)
