On-field Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Role Snapshot

Build pipeline through area visits and events. Book meetings and sign ups for monthly and annual plans. Grow repeat engagement in assigned zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit community hubs, workplaces, institutions, and neighborhoods daily
  • Pitch packages and benefits face to face and close on-the-spot sign ups
  • Collect forms, verify details, and schedule follow ups or meetings
  • Support stalls, activations, and outreach events
  • Log visits, leads, and outcomes in CRM or Excel
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets and share field insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 1 to 3 years in field sales or outreach preferred
  • Clear communication and confident persuasion
  • Smartphone literacy and basic Excel
  • Lahore based and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
