About the Role

We are hiring energetic and ambitious individuals to join our Merchant Onboarding team in Lahore. The role involves visiting markets, engaging with shopkeepers and business owners, and helping them adopt a new digital payment system.

Responsibilities

• Approach and onboard shopkeepers and merchants
• Install QR codes and guide merchants through account setup
• Ensure smooth training and active usage of the app
• Record and report all onboardings
• Achieve monthly onboarding and transaction targets

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills (Urdu, Punjabi, English)
• Confident with smartphones and mobile apps
• Good knowledge of Lahore’s markets and localities
• Ability to travel within the city (bike/car/public transport)
