LinkedIn Outreach and Business Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Business Developer Specialist to join our business development team.

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in B2B prospecting and lead generation via LinkedIn and other platforms, has a knack for crafting personalized outreach messages, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients on LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Nurture prospects through personalized messaging and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead information and interaction history.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn and upwork based lead generation and outreach.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar outreach tools.
  • Strong written communication skills and a professional tone.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably in tech or digital services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage outreach workflows effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding is a plus.
  • Knowledge of outreach strategies for different markets is a bonus.

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (On Site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month

Work Location: In person
