Business Development Executive – Healthcare Recruitment

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the healthcare recruitment sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong client partnerships, driving new business, and delivering recruitment solutions that make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the healthcare industry.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and care providers.
• Act as a trusted consultant, offering tailored recruitment solutions that address client staffing needs.
• Drive sales growth while working closely with our recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
