Location: G3, Johar Town, Lahore (On-site) Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The Technical Closer role is designed for individuals who may not be hands-on developers but have a strong grasp of web technologies and a passion for engaging with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs, communicate solutions effectively, and close deals confidently.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a Business Development or BSCS background looking to transition into a more technical-client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical briefs for the development team.
• Communicate technical concepts in a simplified and client-friendly manner.
• Follow up with leads, build client relationships, and close projects effectively.Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Technical teams to finalize project scopes and pricing.
• Ensure high client satisfaction during the pre-sales and onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or CS).
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Communication roles.
• Understanding of web development concepts, CMS platforms, and eCommerce technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical clients.
• Self-driven, confident, organized, and a strong team player.
