Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive with expertise in freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, and a solid understanding of web development frameworks. You will be responsible for winning projects, acquiring clients, and driving business growth while working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
• Write compelling, customized proposals to win web and mobile development projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s client base and revenue.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competition, and untapped opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and trust.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines for profitable deals.
• Stay informed about emerging web technologies (e.g., Angular, React, Laravel, Node.js) to pitch relevant solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven success in securing projects via Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
• Strong proposal writing skills with a client-focused approach.
• Familiarity with frontend/backend frameworks to understand project requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities in IT/software sales.
• Analytical skills to identify market gaps and drive growth strategies.
• Problem-solving mindset to overcome business challenges.

Preferred

• Experience in a software house or tech agency (web/mobile development).
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales pipelines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads) to improve platform visibility.
