We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive our growth, connect with parents, and ensure smooth coordination of trial classes with teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow Tadbir Academy’s student base.
- Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and partner organizations.
- Manage inbound leads, explain our platform’s offerings, and convert them into enrollments.
- Coordinate trial class schedules between prospective students and teachers.
- Follow up with parents after trial classes to answer queries and close enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, trials, and conversions in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or education-related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and follow-ups.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and video conferencing platforms.
- Passion for education and willingness to understand the K–8 math learning process.
