PDS – Business Development

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Business Development team in the Medical Billing industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an Account Executive, solid understanding of U.S. sales cycles, and strong expertise in deal closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and drive new business opportunities in the U.S. healthcare/medical billing market.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. sales strategies, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Motive/Podium platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to work in the night shift (U.S. hours).
  • Knowledge of the medical billing industry is an added advantage.
