Brain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and articulate Enterprise Solutions Officer to be the face of the company in client engagements, revenue generation & public communications. This role involves selling Internet, cloud, and networking solutions, identifying opportunities in diverse industries, preparing tailored proposals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The officer will serve as a technology consultant to corporate clients, ensuring the delivery of high-performance network and cloud infrastructure services that meet customer needs.
Regular Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, IT managers, procurement heads.
- Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate solutions (Internet, Fiber, Cloud, Hosting, VPN, and Office Network Architecture).
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client presentations, solution design (with technical team), proposal creation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with network engineers and product teams to design and deliver bespoke connectivity and cloud solutions.
- Prepare business cases, quotations, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for enterprise solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging needs.
- Manage post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and generate upsell opportunities.
- Maintain detailed transactions, daily activities, sales pipeline updates, and progress reports for senior management in Oracle EBS.
- Participate in RFPs, RFQs, and public or private sector bidding processes
Knowledge & Competensies
- Understanding of fiber optics, wireless technologies, bandwidth allocation, loud storage, IaaS, SaaS, data center hosting, backup solutions, firewalls, switches, routers, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
- Understanding of enterprise procurement cycles, proposal writing, RFPs/RFQs, SLAs, and contract management.
- Awareness of telecom industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within Pakistan's corporate sector.
- Ability to understand client needs, diagnose pain points, and propose optimal solutions
- Proactive approach in identifying leads and resolving client concerns by working effectively with presales engineers, technical staff, and customer support teams
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines efficiently and organise strong follow-up discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Urdu)
Qualification & Skills
- Graduation in Business, Marketing, IT, or Telecommunications
- Strong knowledge of ICT products (Internet, Hosting, Cloud, Network design)
- Excellent communication and business presentation skills
- A hunter mindset with consultative and competitive sales abilities
- Must own self conveyance and a smart phone
- Good personality and preferably from O/A Level background
- Fluent in spoken English and good urban Urdu accent

- 25 – 38 years / Three (03) Years
