About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager ERP to oversee, implement, and optimize our ERP system across all business functions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to align ERP solutions with organizational goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems.

Collaborate with department heads to analyze business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.

Ensure smooth integration of ERP with other business applications.

Develop and manage ERP user policies, security, and data integrity.

Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely upgrades.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants.

Prepare reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

5–7 years of experience in ERP management/implementation (preferably in manufacturing or large-scale industries).

Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Proven experience in project management, system integration, and business process reengineering.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale ERP projects.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
