ERP Manager (M365 Dynamics & Odoo)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site, Night Shift – U.S. CST hours)

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced ERP Manager to lead the rollout and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo ERP. The role focuses on implementation, process optimization, vendor management, and building a strong ERP team in Pakistan to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP rollout (Dynamics 365 & Odoo), ensuring workflows align with system capabilities.
• Manage vendors, control costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and other teams to improve efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a local ERP team for ongoing support and development.
• Report progress, risks, and performance to global IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Odoo).
• Proven track record of end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, and Power Platform.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience in healthcare/medical billing, legacy-to-ERP transitions, and cross-cultural collaboration.
