Role Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Devsinc, you will play a key role in driving our growth strategy. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, you will prospect, qualify, and create opportunities for our Sales Managers through consultative outreach and data-driven strategies.
Role Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new leads by targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and understanding their needs.

Create opportunities for discovery calls with Sales Managers by building a consistent and qualified pipeline.

Set 1-3 qualified discovery calls daily to maintain a steady flow of potential prospects.

Utilize multiple prospecting techniques, including:

Cold Calling

Email Campaigns
-
Social Media Outreach (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive to track lead interactions and manage the sales funnel effectively.

Conduct strategic research to identify key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, CMOs) at target companies.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and discovery calls.

Maintain a clean, up-to-date database of ICPs to ensure efficient prospecting.
Requirements
Qualification

Bachelor, Masters would be plus.
Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles, particularly in the North American market, with a focus on understanding cultural and business nuances.

Proven track record of success in prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation with measurable results, such as quota attainment or reduced sales cycles.

Exhibits a dynamic "hunter mentality," consistently driven to proactively seek out and engage high-value leads with precision and determination.

Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, G-Suite, and CRM platforms.

Highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
