Junior Business Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Developer to join our team through a staff augmentation model. The ideal candidate will help us grow our client base, manage sales pipelines, and ensure smooth communication with prospects and clients. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager to execute outreach strategies, maintain CRM records, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates
  • Utilize CRM tools like Apollo, Hubspot, and others to track leads and opportunities
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine business development strategies
  • Generate reports and insights on outreach performance and pipeline progress

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in business development or a related role (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Apollo, Hubstaff, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
