We are now seeking a Business Coordinator – Assistant to COO (Female) to join our team in a night shift role. This is a client-facing and coordination-heavy position, ideal for someone who thrives in communication, relationship-building, and cross-team collaboration.

About the Role

As a Business Coordinator, you will work closely with the COO to ensure seamless communication with U.S.-based clients and smooth internal operations. Your primary focus will be client relationship management, onboarding support, and team coordination to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Manage and nurture strong client relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely project delivery.
• Address client concerns proactively and recommend process improvements.
• Support business growth by understanding client needs and sharing valuable insights with leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, client success, telesales support, or team coordination.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in cost estimation or construction-related services is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday–Friday).
• Proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
